Estrella Damm 0.0% is brewed with water, barley malt, rice and hops, fermented and matured like the alcoholic beer, then dealcoholised by vacuum distillation with its aromas captured and returned. Damm describes it as amber with golden highlights, with notes of fresh cereal and roasted bread and a balanced bitterness.
